Selecting a Hosting Plan
AlpineWeb offers four different hosting platforms when considering how to host your website. Depending
on your requirements, different servers will be better able to serve and process information for your Web
site. Using the answers gathered from Step 1, select the server that will best meet your needs:
Signature Hosting
Sun Solaris Virtual Private Server
FreeBSD Virtual Private Server v2

If you are a current AlpineWeb Customer, you may be able to upgrade an existing server to handle your
E-commerce needs. By adding E-commerce software to one of your existing servers, you are able to get your
started at a minimal cost.
