We require that each FreeBSD Basic, Signature Hosting, Virtual Private Server and Managed Private
Server account be operated under the terms and conditions of our Web Hosting Contracts.
Domain Names registered through us shall be under the terms and conditions of our Domain Name
Registration Agreement. This Contract and Agreement specifically detail and outline the
Scope of Service, Payment Terms, Representations and Warranties, Terms of Use, and other important
information. You should review the Web Hosting Contract and Domain Name
Agreement carefully.
Contracts and Terms of Use
We require that all of our User Accounts and Virtual Servers be operated under the terms
and conditions of the following agreements.
These Agreements specifically detail and outline the Scope of Service, Payment Terms, Representations
and Warranties, Terms of Use, and other important information. As a new Customer, you will be required
to return to us an original signed copy of these agreements, so you should review them carefully.
