The first time that you log in to Webmail, the interface will display two webmail applications: Horde and and Roundcube. For more information to help you choose a Webmail application, read the Knowledgebase article here:
To Set the default Webmail Application
- Log into Webmail:
https://www.your-domainname.com/webmail - The initial login interface will display two webmail applications: Horde and and Roundcube.
- Click Set as Default to automatically open Webmail in the selected application each time that you log in.
- To change the default Webmail application:
- Open the menu in the top navigation by clicking on the arrow beside your email address >
- Next, Click the star icon (
) that corresponds to the desired Webmail application to set as your default. - Once you have selected the star - click on the name of the Webmail Application to initiate the change.

- If you are in the Horde interface or Roundcube interface, click cPanel Webmail Home. The Webmail interface will appear.
- Under the Change your webmail client section, click the desired client's logo or text description.
